Job Responsibilities

The candidate will report to the Performance Marketing Business Intelligence Manager and she/he will be responsible to:
- Support on designing and delivering against the Joint Business Plan by leveraging on his/her deep understanding of discoverability and buyability factors, audience and product category, ongoing competitive intelligence and De’Longhi Group performance analysis;
- Advise and support the Head of Amazon Pan-Europe MEIA Account and Local Markets to secure a best in class planning and execution of Commercial Calendars and supporting Marketing Services in compliance with Group Price & Commercial policies and local product portfolio and channel strategy;
- Assess and design the most suitable governance and operating model (tools, agencies, internal capabilities, workflows,…) to secure an effective line of collaboration with Local Markets and others HQ functions in relation to: digital merchandising optimization, commercial calendar and marketing services planning and execution, business intelligence reporting, organization capabilities growth;
- Work with Brand Comm team to develop merchandising guidelines that would maximise page conversion while being consistent with Brand messaging and product features and USPs;
- Liaise with Local Markets to define the most suitable mix of merchandising solution in light of the local portfolio strategy (Basic and A+ Premium) and secure consequently with Brand Comm related timely assets production (fixes exiting top selling skus, new launches);
- Secure product pages discoverability through front-end and back-end page optimization, to this end a new operating model (external agencies, tool, requirements, economics);
- Monitor the evolution of syndication services and Amazon Vendor API availability to design a synergic and effective group solution that would encompass all major e- retailers beyond Amazon;
- Liase with Customer Care department to secure an effective moderation of Customer Ratings & Reviews and Questions;
- Work in close collaboration with the local markets to define launch & promotional calendar and supporting marketing services activation; the plan should be consistent with the Group Price & Commercial policy, local Go-to-Market/Channel strategy and maximize the opportunity to achieve yearly Amazon P&L target;
- Should always have the latest picture and good understanding of Amazon Marketing service to ensure an efficient use of Launch Pack such as Vine and “Born to Run” (key focus - current launches are shadowed by older top selling skus), new product widget, and Sponsorship and Marketing Packages (ie new AFFILIATION services), AMS/DSP, etc…;
- Assess and design the most effective Marketing Services (mainly AMS/DSP) organizational set-up in terms of capabilities, processes, tools and internal organization and external agencies relationship;
- In collaboration with the Digital team Performance Marketing manager should define clear Guidelines on Search Display ADV spending in order to maximise ADV ROI at Group Level (across OTT) and secure adv sustainability (ref. exponential growth of CPC in more mature markets);
- Assess opportunities to expand our CRM strategy in compliance with Amazon policies;
- Liaise with relevant Amazon team to address vendor platform back panel pain points (historical log, aCOS measure, live update, campaign scheduling, ...) and work with the Digital Team to design a group system landscape that would prevent data segregation and maximized synergies in terms of audience understanding and Digital media spending optimization (ref. Adtech Data Lake stack);
- Assess and design the most effective and scalable Intelligence Suite for the DLG Group (avoid redundancies):
- Collects articles, metrics, results and best cases to shares among the local teams the appropriate strategic recommendations;
- Runs regular meetings & trainings with local team to ensure Amazon knowledge essential to their job functions is a part of their skill set;
- Creates appropriate feedback loops and communication channels among HQ and local teams to ensure amazon opportunities, competitive strategies/campaigns, data and learnings sharing.

Job Profile

- Proven track records of at least five-six years within Amazon echosystem
- Degree in Economics / Marketing or similar;
- Knowledge of Marketing and Web Marketing strategies and techniques;
- Project management and time management skills;
- Good analytics skills;
- Good interpersonal skills to work in a team and interface with all levels of corporate functions;
- IT tools (excellent knowledge of Excel);
- Fluent knowledge of English.
