Job Responsibilities

For our Global E-Retailer and E-Commerce Department we are looking for an Amazon Marketing Specialist. The candidate will reports to Performance Marketing & Business Intelligence Manager and she/will be responsible to:
- Support on designing and delivering against the Joint Business Plan by leveraging on his/her deep understanding of discoverability and buyability factors, audience and product category, ongoing competitive intelligence and De' Longhi Group performance analysis;
- Advise and support the Head of Amazon Pan-Europe & MEIA Account and Local Markets to secure a best in class planning and execution of Commercial Calendars and supporting Marketing Services in compliance with Group Price & Commercial policies and local product portfolio and channel strategy;
- Assess and design the most suitable governance and operating model (tools, agencies, internal capabilities, workflows,…) to secure an effective line of collaboration with Local Markets and others HQ functions in relation to: digital merchandising optimization, commercial calendar and marketing services planning and execution, business intelligence & reporting, organization capabilities growth

Job Profile

Degree in Economics / Marketing or similar;
Knowledge of Marketing and Web Marketing strategies and techniques;
Project management and time management skills;
Good analytics skills;
Good interpersonal skills to work in a team and interface with all levels of corporate functions;
IT tools (excellent knowledge of Excel);
Fluent knowledge of English
Proven track records of the last three or five years within Amazon Vendor Central System
