BRAND MANAGER (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managing one of the Group company’s brands in

Spain (Kenwood, Braun, De’Longhi, Nutribullet):
-initiating and developing brand & product-related communication, marketing plans, strategies.
-Initiates brand partnerships.
-responsible for the local portfolio & product management (assortment maintenance from NPI to end-of-life) incl channelizing and price setting coordination with Commercial team.
-manage diagnostics and prepare recommendations (gaps/opportunities in portfolio);
-analyse the market & competitor data and derives recommendations to meet targets.

Main tasks:
-Brand management.
-Ensuring brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
-Generate consumer and customer insights to support divisional/brand propositions drawing launch & in-life consumer campaigns.
-Analyse and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.
-Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
-Ensure brand consistency and brand positioning of all assets in all channels.
-Executes and steers brand/product research and deriving recommendations.
-Interfaces with Sales/Commercial dept regarding all customer-facing communication topics.
-Assess market competition through in-depth product benchmarking and testing.
-Tracks and analyses the category/product performance (market/competitor) and steers the Gfk data for the Brand.
-Steers the NPI Process / perfect launch.
-Responsible for the BTL Budget and budget adherence.
-Coordination with ATL team (media plan, influencers, content & PR) to ensure brand objectives
-Support the Marketing Manager in product and experience development

Job Profile

Education: University Degree in Business Studies, Economics, MBA.

Languages:
Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written).
Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 in a similar role
