Job Responsibilities

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for the brand and Media communication activities of the most important brand of the De'Longhi Group in Germany and the development of new strategies. You will have the opportunity to actively shape the brand with a lot of creativity, initiative and communication skills.

These are your tasks

• Develop and execute the overall annual Media Strategy for the brand in collaboration with the marketing function teams
• Full responsible for all digital activities by the brand in close cooperation with internal and external interfaces (global brand team, marketing functions, sales, agencies)
• Planning and management of Media campaigns with external partners
• Setup KPIs in relation to the annual marketing plan to ensure campaign targets
• Execution of annual promo activates for the brand
• Budget responsible for all ATL activities
• Translate international brand and Media strategy into locally relevant action plans
• Develop and implement consumer campaigns (media, social, consumer promotions, etc.) in collaboration with the marketing function teams, local and global agency partners
• Conducting regular market research analyses on consumer, market and competitive developments
• Presentation of Media & brand strategies, internal and external (retail partners, agencies)

Job Profile

Qualification & Experiences

• Business degree with a focus on marketing, communications or comparable qualification
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing / brand management
• Fundamental expertise in campaign management and optimization
• Excellent knowledge of digital communication (e.g. social, media, performance)
• Good knowledge of brand development
• Experience in managing complex projects as well as media and agency management


• Very high analytical and creative problem-solving skills as well as implementation strength
• Independent and decisive working style
• Entrepreneurial approach and strong hands-on mentality
• Strong persuasiveness and communication skills coupled with team spirit
• High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility
• Enjoy initiating projects and implementing them as part of a team
• Ability to work under high pressure in several projects at the same time and under possibly changing conditions
• High affinity for design-oriented products
• Very good computer skills in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good communication skills
