CAPACITY PLANNER

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the European production planning and material procurement director you'll manage the overall European capacity issues (main bottlenecks on make and buy part) being accountable/responsible for:
- main bottleneck analysis
- program management on all the capacity upgrades (molds, lathes, suppliers…)
- Bottleneck analysis for European factories and suppliers, mainly focused on: Lathes, Injection Machines, Injection Molds (including duplications and external suppliers follow up), Main critical Suppliers (electronics and long LT)
- Follow up on all the capacity upgrades as a project leader and program manager in order to go on time with all the steps

Job Profile

The ideal candidate should have relevant (min 5 years) experience in industrial supply chain, planning and scheduling skills.
Preferably with an engineering degree and familiar with international context should have leadership, analytical skills , problem solving and quick decision making to match all the requirements.
Sap and office proficiency.
Business English mandatory.
Willing to travel.
