CUSTOMER CARE IT SPECIALIST (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

Providing support to Customer Care IT Projects, Applications maintenance and users.

Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Develop and analyze functional specifications
- Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance
- Plan and oversee upgrades, hardware/software installations
- Provide advice and training
- Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

Job Profile

Knowledge of:
- Web Technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS,
- Database Languages as SQL
- Other programming languages like JAVA, JSP, R, Python are considered a plus

Basic knowledge of:
- Web Application Server
- Experience in project management
