DIGITAL ANALYST (M/F/X)
? Be responsible for the accurate implementation of the data strategy in the different touch-points and analyses across multiple platforms;
? Translate complex data into easy-to-understand information;
? Identify the consumer journey and define the business reporting KPIs (company and channel level);
? Design and build reporting dashboards for different stakeholders (CEO, Top management, operational teams);
? Convert signal coming from the data into action / new opportunities / inspiration for other teams;
? Tech and partnership selection;
? Prepare insight presentations for business stakeholders.
? Analysis, insight, product support and end-user support;
? Communication of digital data to the business;
? Having a great understanding of how De’Longhi Group works, and proactively use this knowledge to come up with ideas for analysis;
? Supporting product, editorial, strategy and marketing teams with their analytics needs;
? Helping to embed marketing science mindset and methodology within the team;
? Evangelising the power of digital data and analytics across the De’Longhi Group;
? Promoting best practices in marketing sciences with respect to digital analytics;
? Promoting and supporting a data-driven culture at the De’Longhi Group;
? Be responsible for Web Analytics and optimization solutions and systems;
? Identify up-to-date relevant tools to support data management and analysis of campaigns;
? Define, monitor and implement the Digital Analytics strategy and associated data analysis;
? Provide relevant analytics and systems training to teams where relevant;
? Present key findings of reports, including actionable insights for key stakeholders, and customer profiling data to feed into marketing
? Develop strong relationships and engage with teams to obtain data for the business and understand the importance of analytics;
? Recommend and implement data modelling techniques for forecasting and insight for the business, including A/B or multivariate testing;
? Understand and implement segmentation such as Behavioural analysis, Model behaviour and Attribution model.

At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
Skills, capabilities, Competencies:
? Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
? Experience in analysing complex data and large data volumes;
? Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principles;
? Understanding of product and service design;
? Strong knowledge of Excel.
