Job Responsibilities

Ensure the translation of marketing and sales strategy into digital strategy and implementation: achieves sales (e-com) objectives and market share of the products within the cluster by performing key activities in accordance with the company's vision and goals, based on market dynamics and consumer knowledge.

Main Accountabilities:

- Define channel strategy, build and optimize funnels, manage digital marketing budget;
- Ensure consistent branding across digital platforms;
- Establish and develop high standard digital presence (websites, social media, content);
- Ensure a high standard digital user experience (clarity, ease of navigation);
- Responsible for efficient allocation of the digital budget for brand activities and cluster level marketing solutions;
- Research target group demographics and how to best reach them in order to maximize traffic and the targeted ad buys;
- Manage the business partnership with the digital agencies as to ensure the efficient implementation of advertising campaigns, the production of materials and the implementation of all programs;
- Keep us ahead of the market by analyzing competitor activities and latest best practices, channels and strategies by staying up-to-date on newest digital strategies and tools;
- Build a clear, easy to follow measurement and reporting system (budget and performance) to support coordinated campaign decisions – evaluate activities and recommend enhancements;
- Liaise with Management, Marketing, Sales and Product development teams;
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods.

Job Profile

- University degree preferably in Marketing
- Business acumen - understanding of market dynamics
- Proven track record in digital marketing (planning, briefing, buying, monitoring, evaluating multichannel digital campaigns) in a B2C business as Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, site development, automated (mail, loyalty marketing), social media, content marketing, remarketing
- Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing
- Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability
- Understanding of the technology and opportunities linked to the digital commerce platforms (SEO, performance media)
- Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/shopper/customer data
- Proven track record of on time in full delivery
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is a must
- High level PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude
- Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently
