Job Responsibilities

Reporting to de Media and Digital Coordinator and work closely with the Content Specialist, all the Iberian Brand Marketing team, the Group Digital Team and other Online Marketing Managers globally to ensure that the brands are represented consistently across all online channels. The principal accountability of this position is to ensure and manage all content of two brands for all media channels (online mainly).

-Social Media: define the organic and paid content strategy of two key brands for all Social Media platforms needed. Manage all the cobrandings required. Measurement and analysis of all the actions.
-Influencers: work closely with the influencers and/or the agencies to achieve all set KPIs. Provide all content and product to the influencers and review all content they publish. Constant recruitment of new profiles. Measurment and analysis of all the actions.
-Ecommerce: ensure a qualitative content and images in the ecommerce of two brands. Creation of landing pages and local promotions material.
-CRM: manage all local CRM activities.
-Content & communication creation: create and develop all content needed for every channel. i.e: how to videos, pdp information, local recipies, blogs, etc. Ensure the proper Brand personality in every content. Adapts global/HQ content to local needs.
-PR: management of all press releases and other actions of these two brands together with brand managers following the PR strategy.
-Digital Campaign Management: Digital campaign management including brief creation, agency interaction, landing page creation, following up both agency and partners, tracking.
-Consumer Journeys Have a very good understanding of online user journeys and be able to identify key areas and content that can be developed, amended or configured. You will be expected to brief these changes and follow them through to completion, post implementation, analysis and optimization.

Job Profile

-Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing / Digital Marketing
-Work experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience content, social, digital, or communication in general. Experience in marketing department or in Media or Marketing Agencies.
-It will be a plus: Experience managing online campaigns in different online channels (i.e: Google Adwords, affiliation, Amazon, …)
-Languages: Native Spanish & fluent English business both written and spoken is required. Catalan is an advantage.
-Software experience: Excel, PPT, Microsoft tools, Google Analytics, Photoshop (or similar tool) is an advantage. Experience in Salesforce & CMS.
-Mindset: Ability to work independently, organized, and results-oriented. Responsible. Flexible, team player, open-minded, and with a passion for content and digital.
