DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

De’ longhi Group Is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (M / F / X) for its Italian branch.
The ideal candidate is capable of combining strategic thinking, a passion for digital and a data-driven approach.
The position requires an excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online advertising tools and data analysis; Interest in following the new trends in e-commerce, technology and digital marketing in general.
The Digital Marketing Specialist (M / F / X) will take care of:
- Collaborate with the Group Digital Marketing Manager in defining and implementing the digital strategy;
- Work in close collaboration with the stakeholders involved to implement all activities aimed at maximizing the effectiveness of the digital channel;
- Coordinate online adv, social media, e-mail marketing agencies, etc. supporting them also in the analysis phase;
- Collaborate with external agencies in the management of media campaigns and in the development of social profiles, obtaining the right balance between brand awareness, traffic and conversion objectives;
- Define and monitor the KPIs of digital channels, use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Insights;
- Collaborate with retailers' Digital teams for the definition and monitoring of digital activities;
- Develop reports and presentations with the appropriate post-evaluation on the campaigns carried out;
- Monitor costs and ROI

Job Profile

You are the Digital Marketing Specialist (M / F / X) we are looking for if:
- You have gained previous experience as a Digital Strategist / PM / Account in media / advertising agencies or in structured and modernly organized companies;
- Know in depth the main digital platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Data Studio etc.)
- You have the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization;
- Know the principles of UX and Customer Journey
- Do you speak English
The ideal candidate is capable of studying, understanding and anticipating new digital trends. It is updated on new technological solutions and online tools. It is curious, precise, reliable and distinctly analytical.
Proactively, problem solving skills and predisposition to interpersonal relationships complete the profile.
