Job Responsibilities

- Translate marketing and sales strategy into digital strategy and implementation and define digital marketing’s role within the entire marketing mix;
- Define digital channel strategy, build and optimize funnels;
- Ensure consistent branding across digital platforms;
- Establish and develop high standard digital presence (websites, social media, campaigns, content);
- Efficient allocation of the digital budget for brand activities and cluster level marketing solutions;
- Research target group demographics and how to best reach them in order to maximize traffic and the efficiency of campaigns;
- Manage business partnership with agencies as to ensure the efficient implementation of advertising campaigns, the production (creative & content) and the implementation of all activities;
- Keep us ahead of the market by analyzing competitor activities and latest best practices, channels and strategies by staying up-to-date on newest digital strategies and tools;
- Build a clear, easy to follow measurement and reporting system (budget and performance) to support coordinated campaign decisions – evaluate activities and recommend enhancements;
- Offline brand management tasks of kitchen, home & comfort products (Kenwood, Braun, De’Longhi) for Hungary (product management, creative development and adaptation, agency management, promotions.

Job Profile

- University degree preferably in Marketing;
- Business acumen - understanding of market dynamics;
- Proven track record in digital marketing (planning, briefing, buying, monitoring, evaluating multichannel digital campaigns, social media; management, content marketing, performance marketing) in a B2C business;
- Understanding of the technology and opportunities linked to the digital commerce platforms (SEO, performance media, direct marketing);
- Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/shopper/customer data;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is a must;
- High level PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
- Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude;
- Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently;
- Presentation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work independently;
- Good attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good brand understanding;
- Being a kitchen devotee and/or a coffee lover is considered to be a slight advantage.
