E-RETAILER CHANNEL SPECIALIST (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will:
- Fine-tune and adapt the global Perfect Screen Program prepared some years ago to the current possibilities offered by the state-of-the-art technology and business dynamics
- Keep the Perfect Screen Program updated with the market’s and technology’s future evolutions working closely with the local commercial teams.
- Together with the Brands and Trade Marketing Teams, update the internal scorecard
- Drive the assets production with Marketing providing a commercial perspective
- Ensure the content syndication, making sure that all our available assets are properly transferred to our retailers websites in conjunction with the Commercial E-retail Team
- Ensure that the Perfect Screen Program is always consistent with the physical Perfect Store Program
- Refine the retailers’ segmentation and constantly check what is technically feasible in our main retailers’ e-commerce websites
- Set-up an automatic reporting Tool to monitor our retailers’ websites and to measure the retailers’ compliance to our Scorecard
- Set-up an MBO system for the local KAMs to ensure the proper implementation of the Perfect Screen Program even when this requires a manual intervention at local level
- Set-up the local Commercial Routines
- Guarantee support / help desk to the local subsidiaries for the technical and digital aspects linked to the Perfect Screen Program
- Ultimately help our commercial subsidiaries to link the Perfect Screen execution score to the trading terms and conditions in place with our key customers

Job Profile

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent. MBA will be well regarded.
- Very knowledgeable with e-merchandising and automatic tooling systems
- Fluent English
- Italian (well regarded)
- Comfortable in managing a complex project with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent planner
- Sales Driven, results-oriented and focused
- Intermediate to advanced level in Excel and Power Point
- Excellent relationship skills and confident when dealing with third parties
- Comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with full understanding of business dynamics
- Organized problem solver, does not give up when confronted with difficult challenges
- Able to adjust to fast-changing business environment
- Innovative, proactive and able to identify business opportunities
- Self starter with the ability to organize and manage time and workload
- Analytical and data driven in approach
- Available to travel whenever necessary
