GROUP COMMERCIAL POLICY - PRICING ANALYST (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will:
- Actively participate to the Group Commercial Policy and its continuous improvement.
- Ensure the availability and the regular updates of all relevant pieces of information in the Commercial Policy & Pricing IT Tool.
- Support the preparation of the main reviews to the Group Commercial Policy Guidelines.
- Monitor the subsidiaries sell-in prices, customers’ terms and conditions in force in the various countries, realized triple net prices versus set incentive systems etc. by producing monthly detailed pricing analytics.
- Highlight sell-in price inconsistency amongst subsidiaries and international key accounts.
- Make some ad-hoc analyses on Group product ranges, turnover, margins and commercial conditions in place in the various countries, as required.
- Provide detailed monthly outliers analyses both internationally and per single European country.
- Suggest continuous improvements to the Commercial Policy & Pricing IT Tool.
- Monitor online and offline prices to consumers internationally of both own products and competitors’ ones using specific Group programs and external tools.
- Make competitive analyses in the various European markets as required.
- Support the definition of own e-commerce pricing setting and guidelines.
- Support the roll out of Commercial Policy outside of Europe in case of need.
- Help on other team’s activities as needed.

Job Profile

- At least 3 years working experience as a business analyst, junior controller, sales analyst,
preferably around pricing / commercial policy topics;
- Bachelor Degree in Economics or equivalent, Statistics or equivalent, Engineering;
- Good/Very Good English;
- Italian a strong advantage, but not strictly necessary;
- Highly numerate, analytical and data driven in approach;
- Advanced Excel skills, a must 
- Advanced PowerPoint skills;
- Good Business acumen;
- Inquisitive nature, innovative and proactive;
- Comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually;
- Sales Driven, results oriented and focused;
- Organized problem solver, does not give up when confronted with difficult challenges;
- Able to adjust to fast changing business environment;
- Self starter with the ability to organize and manage time and workload; 
- Available to travel whenever necessary on an occasional basis.
