GROUP INVENTORY ANALYST M/F/X

Job Responsibilities

Purpose of the role
Monitor the inventory levels for all markets and material groups in order to facilitate the analysis and identify potential stock level issues/opportunities.
Support the Group with data-driven solutions to better allocate the stock across the markets, in line with the target service level
Main Accountabilities
Analysis of the inventory levels across the Group
Identify potential stock issues and provide actions to mitigate the problem/anticipate the solutions
Provide valuable analysis to better right-size the buffer stock by market and material group.
Description of the role
Analyze the stock level by different dimensions: coverage, rotation, LC status, new products;
Monitor the stock trends with different granularity (sku/customer/stock owner level, ABC skus classification etc).
Liaise with Supply Planning teams to identify as early as possible potential stock issue (shortage, excess) and provide actively solution to mitigate the issue and better allocate the stock across the Group;
Identify and address the issue of slow moving stock according to the Group overstock strategy
Monitor the costs/risks of the inventory levels set accordingly to target service level.

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledges
Master's degree in Economics/Statistic or Engineering/scientific disciplines (mathematics, physics, data science, statistics)
5-6 years of experience in an analytical role in any of the following area:
Forecasting / Demand Planning / Supply Planning / Logistics
Controlling
Understanding of the Supply Chain functions and S&OP process, with a good commercial awareness.
Understanding of the Inventory Strategies
Experience of working with Supply Chain tools such as: SAP R/3, SAP APO , SAP IBP, Logility , o9 or similar.
Fluent level of spoken and written English

Effective time management and proven capability to prioritize workload
Problem Solving and Customer Care approach.
Capabilities:
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets from multiple sources.
Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
