Job Responsibilities

The candidate will support the Learning&Development Team within the HR function in order to ensure the design, realization and planning of the training, development and internal communication initiatives both at Local and Global level.

Principle Accountabilities:
The main focus is improving the employees’ skills to support the fulfilment of business needs, by applying innovative and engaging methodologies and tools and supporting the global HR community across different countries in implementing Training&Development processes, initiatives, projects and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

Training & Development

Definition and monitor of yearly training plan, by:
- Providing advice and guidance in assessing training needs and defining training programs, according to individual needs, HR strategy and the business priorities;
- Communicating clearly training plans and acting as a reference partner to support and address employees;
- Managing the delivery of training initiatives by guaranteeing the quality of the service provided within the budget constraints, gathering feedback and monitoring results;
- Designing and enhancing dedicated training projects in case of specific functional needs;
- Managing assessment’s processes and designing specific development plans to support career paths within De’Longhi Group.

Internal Communication /Employer Branding:

- Benchmarking main trends and tools
- Defining guidelines and strategies to spread De’Longhi Group Identity
- Supporting the Global HR community to implement, identify and drive the local employer branding strategy
- Managing the LinkedIn Corporate page by defining and implementing the editorial calendar together with the Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledges:

- The ideal candidate holds a MSc/MA in Business, Psychology or related fields
- Previous experience in the same role is required
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
- Strong Project management skills and Planning techniques
- Digital Proficiency
- An excellent knowledge of the English language is required
- The position is based in Treviso - Italy but travels are occasionally required
