Job Responsibilities

The candidate will contribute to the success of the International Key Account Organization by creating added value in delivering a profitable and sustainable growth for the company by leading the International Key Accounts mainly in the Mass Merchant Channel/ Food Channel and will support Director of International Key Accounts.

- He/She will strengthen the partnerships with the International Key Accounts. He/she will develop and deploy the IKA strategy to meet the ambition and KPIs to create added value based on the new International IKA Strategy;
- He/She will be responsible for negotiating the International Annual Agreements (and renewals) for his/her International Accounts based on the IKA strategy requirements to meet the company objectives in terms of sales growth, margins, and market shares;
- He/She will be responsible for the negotiation and listing of the De’ Longhi Group products at the International Customers that buy directly from the DLG HQ;
- He/She will liaise with the subsidiaries to align on priorities to set sales targets and develop business relevant international marketing activities;
- He /She will report on business monthly, and will share information with subsidiaries and HQ;
- He/She will contribute to creation of a solid I/KAM community;
- He/She will follow market share trends, In-house market share to take corrective action when necessary with the IKA;
- He/She will follow a dashboard with each IKA;
- He/She will represent the DL Group during IKA customer meetings and events;
- He/she will be instrumental in collecting IKA customer expectations and feedbacks relaying these back to the key internal stakeholders;

Job Profile

- At least 10 years working experience of which at least the last 5 in commercial roles;
- Degree in Economics or Business, MBA is a real plus;
- Fluent English;
- Italian (regarded);
- French (an advantage);
- Advanced level in Excel and Power Point;
- Previous experience managing Key Accounts is a real plus;
- Sales Driven, results oriented and focused;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Knowledgeable about commercial contracts;
- Comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually;
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with full understanding of business dynamics;
