Job Responsibilities

Principle Accountabilities:
Provide support to Customer Care IT Projects, Applications maintenance and users.

Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements;
- Develop and analyze functional specifications;
- Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions;
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams;
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance;
- Plan and oversee upgrades, hardware/software installations;
- Provide advice and training;
- Keep abreast of technology trends and developments;

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledges:
- Web Technologies like PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery
- Markup Languages such as XML, JSON
- Database Languages as SQL
- Basic knowledge of
- Web Application Server
- Systems Administrator
- Experience in project management, in IT Analyst or IT Consultant will be considered as a plus.
