Job Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in analysing the market needs and converting it into a relevant product that is launched by meeting cost and time requirements. Working in a multinational and fast-paced environment, you will have the responsibility for assisting in maintaining a market relevant product portfolio which maximises Braun competitiveness.

Principle accountabilities:
Preparing market data information and Braun performance for new product development (NPD) meetings, presentations and business cases
Brief and project manage some of the marketing elements of the NPD process – POP materials, instruction booklets, recipe books, datasheets, website updates and SAP data as defined by Marketing Manager
Monitor market trends in the specific categories assigned, consolidating different inputs such as sales data, voice of customers, reviews, competitors
Testing an understanding of the specific categories (our products, key competitors and end user needs) to assist in the development of new NPD
Supporting the Marketing Manager with ad hoc requests (samples, presentations, communication on project status, attending meetings)

Job Profile

Fluent in English, both written and oral
Technical, analytical, presentations and creative skills
Team player, ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic, multi-cultural working environment
Good software knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Previous experience abroad is a plus
