We are now looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Key Account Manager with approximately 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. In De’Longhi Hrvatska you will be a part of an entrepreneurial culture where teamwork and inclusion are leading the way forward. Every employee is important for the company’s success and you will always have an impact on your work. Our central office is based in Zagreb, Croatia but you will be working from Sofia – Bulgaria.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the P& L of the given Category
- Responsible also for the sales budget and for the market growth (from market data)
- Execution of Go to Market Model:
- Pricing, positioning, channel management
- Coordination of retail activities on a given portfolio
- Coordination and control of the 12 months rolling forecast
- Will conduct the negotiations with the retailers and will be able to offer quotations.
- In co-operation with the Regional Country Manager, build a vision and a strategic plan
for profitable growth and acceleration
- Develop a strong relationship with key distributors and / or customers

Job Profile
- Very good commercial understanding of Retail Environment
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Experience in market / GFK or other market analysis
- Entrepreneurial spirit, active and accurate behavior, self-conscious and critical minded
- Creative and enthusiastic mindset; Flexible, open-minded
- Experience from FMCG is a plus
- Ability to work independently and results-orientated, yet a good team player
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant sales experience in marketing-driven companies
- Fluent in English and local language
- Strong negotiation- presentation- and communication- skills
- Well organized, structured, and able to set up correct strategies
- Willing to travel often within the Balkans region and occasionally for international
meetings in Europe.
