KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

Purpose:
Engaging customers in a sustainable way, to achieve overall yearly budget targets and to build long term business relationships.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Maintain close partnership with key strategic customers
- Explore new business opportunities to sustain business growth in long term

Main Responsibilities:
- Sales budgeting and forecasting
- Measure, track and analyse key account metrics
- Achieve sales budget for all assigned channels
- Achieve assigned sales budget in all core categories
- Develop annual customer business plan to win partnership and maximize our brand business opportunities
- Identify business issues and proposes solutions to mitigate sales gap
- Execute campaign / NPD launch with aligned timeline and agreed distribution points
- Strong relationship with customer operation teams to ensure strong in-store visibility for our brand and perfect execution excellence
- Work with Trade Marketing team to maximize our brand in-store visibility at shop / on shelf / distribution points, liaise best shelving location to our core categories
- Conduct regular store visit to ensure / maintain our brand listing and improve dominancy & share of shelf
- Promote our brands with agreed promotion pricing tiers with brand team to maintain price stability in the market
- Explore new business development / initiative opportunities in assigned accounts
- Closely work with and monitor promoter team performance and improve ROI

Other Responsibilities:
- Manage all payments on time by making timely accruals in system on an executed month and process all documents within agreed timeline to avoid / minimize overdue payment records in assigned channels
- Explore new business opportunities in new channels
- Jointly work with Trade Marketing team to develop channel marketing plan and build category story to accelerate growth of key categories
