Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing/Social Media Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online/offline marketing efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers;
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Wechat,Weibo,Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.);
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels;
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website;
• Develop a new CRM platform to support and implement BtoBtoC direct communication;
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors;
• Work with other BUs and vendors to seek opportunities such as content delivery, creative assets (digital video or animation etc.), interactive social activities and other distributions to increase social media account user base and bring traffics;
• Manage back office activities;
• Create visual merchandising;
• Video Editing ;
• Day to day back office activities and event planning;

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledges:
• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Experience with B2BtoC social media, including the China specific.

Skills, Capabilities, Competencies:
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Skills and experience in creative content writing and video editing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Coffe lover is a plus
