Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a commercially-savvy, highly driven and ambitious marketer who is ready to take on responsibility for coffee category as Marketing Specialist. This role will have an important contribution to the development of the brand portfolio consisting of De’Longhi and Nespresso brands through help in leading big projects and bringing them to life.

The candidate will:
- Assist in Brand communication ATL and brand activation BTL
- Perform copywriting / translation services for campaigns prepared by HQ, new product launches etc.
- Update the content on retailers and De'Longhi websites
- Perform competitor research activities (online & in-store)
- Respond to eCommerce requests sent by consumers and keeps product prices competitive
- Register the invoices according to the codes related to each service
- Provide support for digital activities such as social media content and digital campaigns
- Provide support for De'Longhi Brand Ambassadors Project (permanent team with over 20 people)
- Provide support for implementing special projects such as Maestro del Caffe, Premium Service, Accessories Project, How it is made, etc.
- Provide support for the implementation of promotional activities during events, store openings etc.
- Provide support for preparing the sales materials / merchandising / POSMs (islands, shelf ends, promotional items, etc.)
- Develop and adapt brand strategies, plan and execute high quality and effective communication, activation and in-store activities that translate into increased sales, brand loyalty and market share growth

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- A brave, creative and strategic thinker with relevant experience of 2+ years as Marketing Specialist preferably within a similar industry, with a focus on perfect and timely executions of different types of projects
- Commercial experience and understanding of the retail environment, with a driven and passionate approach to marketing, driven by a strong analytical mindset, attention to details and outstanding creative and executional approach
- Experience with various digital communication platforms
- A person with full ownership for projects, open-minded and with the desire of bringing a fresh perspective whenever is needed
- English knowledge is essential, both written and spoken fluently
