MARKETPLACE & LOYALTY MANAGER (M/F/X)
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Head of Ecommerce, the resource will be responsible for scouting and developing the online D2C marketplaces business and for partnership with corporate and students networks. The resource is aiming to expand the current networks and to develop marketplace business securing the best possible Customer Experience while preserving Brand proposition, operating across Brands and geographies.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Scout the entire landscape of employee, loyalty, student networks and design strategic collaborations considering the end-user coverage, profitability model, communication plan, assortment, and pricing
- Manage existing collaboration with external networks and continuously measure performances throughout the whole consumer journey goals
- Assess the online D2C marketplace landscape to design a strategic positioning framework and ultimately identify business opportunities and priorities
- Design the most suitable governance and operating model to secure an effective line of collaboration with local markets and others HQ functions
- Coordinate and execute digital merchandising for online marketplaces and networks
- Manage and optimize listings through continuous auditing of products
- Develop strategies and tactics to increase revenue and the conversion rate of products
- Support the definition of assortments and prices for all online marketplaces and coordinate with logistic, operation and customer care teams to ensure product availability
- Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics/sales and daily/weekly optimization to improve KPI performances
Job Profile
- Degree in Economics or similar
- Ideally 4 - 6 years of experience in D2C e-marketplace, e-commerce of equivalent fields
- Proven track record of experience in working with online marketplaces. Experience buying and selling on marketplaces is preferred
- Experience in e-merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce
- Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication
- Understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape (SEO, Data analytics, performance marketing, affiliates, ecommerce)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel (ie. pivot and advanced charts) and PowerPoint
- Excellent spoken and written English
