OFFICE AND HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST - TEMPORARY (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

Your work plays an important role in ensuring the office space is well maintained while providing a high level of customer service.

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will support the Manager in several activities, such as:
• Address employees' queries regarding office management issues.
• Management of internal events;
• Management of Company furniture and its replenishment;
• Warehouse and inventory control activities
• Orders' management and registration of company invoices
• Front desk/reception duties including answering phone, greeting guests.
• Interface with external suppliers
• Support to reception activities
