ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (M/F/X) -fixed term-

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Logistic Manager of Spare Parts Department he/she will responsible to:
- Management of deliveries (creation, check the status, management of all the information relevant to each shipment)
- Organize, check and plan the transfers of accessories to all the branches of the Group
- Arrange the transports for courier and issue of shipping labels and delivery notes, organize and plan pickups with transporter
- Issue, management of the relevant documentation (DDT, CMR) for the shipments in CEE and EXTRA CEE countries (invoices, customs items packing list declaration of free export) by truck, by air and by sea.

Job Profile

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience within the Logistic and Back Office Department of International companies.
