PERFECT STORE MANAGER (M/F/X)
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Perfect store Manager based in Kyiv.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and performing Sell-out within the annual budget through channels
- Sell-out planning and controlling performance by regions
- Planning Sell-out and controlling performance in the context of each store
- Creation, calculation, control, and management of the salary budget of promoters
- Implementation of changes to the promoters' motivation system. Control of confirmation by the regional sales team of the correctness of promoter bonus calculations. Interaction with the payroll provider
- Performing market share targets
- Management and development of the regional sales team
- Development, modification, and improvement of the motivation system of the regional sales team and promoters
- Quality control of retail stores according to standards: the work of promoters, conducting demonstrations at retail stores
- Quality control of online channel
- Conducting store checks, meetings with the regional sales team, promoters
- Implementation of a system of field visits, field training, and subsequent weekly monitoring of the fulfilment of goals according to global standards from the headquarters
- Daily monitoring of the performance of planned indicators by channels
- Daily control of the regional sales team’s work according to the weekly planning form
- Interaction with headquarters in Treviso on Perfect store project details
- Interaction with key partners to discuss issues related to promoters, old stock, motivation system for store staff, share indicators in SDA and key categories, Sell-out indicators in SDA and key categories
- Maintenance of document flow and reporting in accordance with the area of responsibility
Job Profile
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in the same role and level of responsibility with leading international Household Appliances or FMCG companies
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
- Talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Efficiency and results-oriented
- Well-organized, with enthusiasm and initiative
- Degree in General Economics/Enterprising
- Excellent Excel user
- Advanced level in English
