PROCESS QUALITY ENGINEER (M/F/X)

Main Responsibilities
• Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO 22000);
• Ensure compliance with appropriate Standard Operational Procedures, policies, and guidelines;
• Write the quality procedures, work instructions, in a clear, simple and concise manner;
• Implement all relevant procedures/ instructions described in the Quality Management System (QMS);
• Train employees in procedures/ instructions specific for the working area;
• Flow up corrective actions for internal process audits;
• Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities;
• Responsible for the permanent collection of specific quality assurance information (defect evolution and analysis, test data-test parameters, test equipment performance) to ensure compliance with the client's quality requirements and those specified in the internal procedures;
• Support the production department in the analysis of processes that do not add value (repairs, remediation, sorting) with the aim of minimizing losses;
• Analyzes the causes of non-conformities and effectively implements corrective actions using quality tools (8D, 5 Why, 5M);
• Responsible for monitoring the quality trend by preparing monthly reports (FTQ, internal PPM, number and evolution of internal defects, scrap cost).
