PRODUCT QUALITY OWNER (M/F/X) - BRAUN

As Product Quality Owner you will work in an innovative and diversified environment, in which you actively contribute to the quality heritage of our products throughout the entire product life cycle. At the same time you will take care of investigating, initiating and follow-up of our continuous improvement processes for our Braun Household products. Main responsibilities:
- Member of international project teams developing new household products in all existing product categories (e.g. Handblender, Handmixer, Blender; Steam Iron; Juicer, Meat-Grinder)
- Determination of Quality Requirements for each project
- Application of relevant tools, such as APQP, ISIR , FMEA, Auditing, 8D, Risk- Assessment, etc.
- Management of quality-related processes in the projects, such as planning of relevant tests, preparation of Prototype and Production Release, etc.
- Investigation and follow-up of Corrective Actions with suppliers, R&D and manufacturing sites
- Market monitoring and failure analysis of returned products to identify problems and initiate corrective actions (8D-Logic) at existing range of products
- Initiate and follow independently the continuous improvement process
- Exchange with all Brands in the De'Longhi Group striving for Best-Practise processes
- Planning, execution and follow-up of internal Audits according ISO9001 and local procedures
Job Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- University , or CCI Degree in Electrical Engineering or alternatively Mechanical Engineering with good basic knowledge in electronics
- Advanced know-how in the quality management Norm ISO 9001
- FMEA – Moderator
- Quality management specialist QMS- with proofed certificate
- Audit (Process,- or System) experience
- Supplier Quality management
- Statistical process control (SPC)

Skills:
- Work assignments which require a skill achieved by a completed, recognized apprenticeship and is acquired by an additional 2-year professional training course
- Work assignments that require more than 5 years' professional experience in addition to the professional skills
- Very good English language skills, spoken and written; German language skills preferable
- High level of communication, cooperation and negotiation skills, familiar in presenting and communicating to different management levels
- Project management skills with focus on all aspects of a project, such as quality, costs and timing
- Methodological skills in the area of quality management and the application of standards and tools such as 8D, APQP, ISIR, FMEA, Risk Analysis; ISO9001, Audits, QFD, SPC
- Test management and creation of test strategies
- Solution oriented mindset
- Failure analysis and After-Sales/Warranty Management
- Willingness to travel (10-20%)
