PRODUCT TRAINING MANAGER (M/F/X)

For the Swiss subsidiary of the De’Longhi Group – market leader in several small household appliance categories in Switzerland with the brands De’Longhi, Kenwood and Braun – we are looking for a PRODUCT TRAINING MANAGER to join our team in Baar, Switzerland as soon as possible.

The purpose of this role is to drive the off-line consumer experience to build brand preference, stimulate in-store off-take and generate new leads. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director for Switzerland and working closely with the Brand Managers, Sales Team and Headquarter Teams, you will:

Demonstrations
- Develop our team of demonstrators to deliver best-in-class in-store demonstrations
- Own the demonstrations budget and ensure optimal return on investment
- Define where, when and how we demonstrate our products
- Prepare, analyse and share monthly and weekly reportings
- Monitor and manage our agency to ensure they are providing optimal support to the team
Trainings
- Develop a product training calendar and lead product trainings for retail partners as well as internal stakeholders
- Actively seek out new opportunities to train the sales staff of our retail partners
- Act as the internal product expert for De’Longhi Switzerland
Events
- Develop, organize and execute local consumer events in collaboration with the Brand Managers
- Lead the organisation of events and presentations for our retailers to support product introductions
- Be in charge of internal events such as our annual Kick-off Presentation as well as our Summer and End-of-Year parties – we believe in having fun!
