QUALITY COORDINATOR (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities

The Quality Coordinator’s responsibilities include inspecting processes and products, ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of the company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
• Prepares and maintains quality management documentation;
• Ensures compliance with ISO 9001, 22000 standards;
• Oversees the inspection of products, processes during the manufacturing process;
• Ensures that final products meet all required standards;
• Keeps accurate records of all quality control activities;
• Coach and develop staff. Provide leadership and expertise in the development and maintenance of an effective quality team;
• Conducts and supports investigations in response to significant incidents, events, or complaints;
• Investigates complaints about products or materials;
• Ensures that quality activities are carried out efficiently;
• Analyses and reports findings and makes recommendations and suggests process improvements;
• Ensures that systems/equipment operates safely, efficiently, and effectively;
• Ensures closure of all non-conformities and deficiencies from internal, and external audits, and inspections;
• Supports all external audits and inspections.

Job Profile

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
• Ability to develop and use performance metrics;
• 4+ years of experience working with Quality Systems;
• Nice to have: experience in manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge of quality terminology, methods, and tools;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems;
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills;
• Team development skills;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills;
