REGIONAL DEMAND MANAGER (M/F)
Responsible for ensuring that your country specific Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP) is managed on a monthly basis, as the regional S&OP meetings
Oversee and ensure that all elements of the Statistical Forecasting tool (APO) are managed as part of the monthly S&OP Cycle.
Ensure that all valuations are correctly valued within the Demand Planning / Forecasting fields for each of your markets to ensure that all forecasts can be quantified versus Budget and previous year.
Ensure variances and anomalies within the Statistical Forecast are identified, particularly on B and C class products and ensure that each of the markets are aware of any potential issues not already identified as part of the monthly process.
Ensure each market maintains a realistic rolling 12 months forecast within SAP APO.
Ensure each market within your responsibility receives the monthly S&OP reports.
Ensure that plans to reduce slow moving & risky stock for the region are agreed, monitored and reviewed together with the European DRP team
Prepare the regional Sales & Operations Planning meeting, set up the monthly dates and lead the discussion during the meeting.
Support the Group Demand and DRP Manager and other members of the Group Supply Chain Team as and when required.
Oversee that all processes relating to the forecast submissions are adhered to (such as error resolution, processing workflows, processing recoveries and forecast pricing).
Oversee that the phase-in / phase-out process is correctly managed.
Contribute to system development projects, testing and implementation as required.
Travel to the relevant markets as and when required.
Graduate Level or Professional Qualification in a relevant field.
relevant work experience within a similar role (minimum 2 years).
Proficient level of spoken and written English
Numerate with strong IT skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience of working with a statistical forecasting tool.
Deep understanding of the importance of the Supply Chain function and good commercial awareness.
Experience of working with SAP, APO and BW.
