Job Responsibilities

The sales & distribution back office specialist is daily the first point of contact for our markets’ branches, distributors and key customers within a specific geographical area.
Actively collaborate, among all supply chain organizations such as demand planning and DRP, Supply Planning, Logistics and warehouse management.
This role is fundamental to building strong relationships with the market and positively managing orders and deliveries in time and in line with stock and distribution plans.

Main Responsibilities:
- Orders management within the SAP system supporting our branches till the shipments;
- Actively involved in finalizing promotional activities by monitoring timinly stock availability and distribution;
- Key customers and distributors’ forecast uploading and accuracy;
coverage of short-term availability for branches, supplying of international warehouses after stock availability check;
- Planning of local activities on finished products and preparation of shipments;
- Management of Transport suppliers to plan shipping and returns logistics activities.

Job Profile

- Bachelor degree in economics;
- Fully knowledge of english and of a second foreign language between spanish, dutch or russian;
- Office proficient and SAP expert user (SD module);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills balanced with flexibility in managing cultural diversity;
- Problem solving attitude and procativity;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Data analysis.
