Job Responsibilities

To drive an integrated brand plan to maximize our brand presence and engage with target segments in the market through driving overall brand strategy and communication plan and achieving yearly sales and GM budget within assigned A&P budget.
Specifically, the role is to:
- Assist to achieve both sales and GM budget numbers, within A&P budget for Hong Kong market
- Follow up with our creative agency to develop yearly launch campaigns in all touch points (ATL and BTL) with confirmed creative directions
- Work with agencies and team manager to deliver brand-unique selling points to engage target audience
- Collect consumer insights and engage target audiences with resonating communication campaigns
- Assist to develop winning product selling story via working with training manager together with demonstrator & promoter teams
- Work with HQ and demand forecast teams to follow up with aligned demand forecast and to ensure on-schedule stock management to accelerate brand growth
- Work with sales team to arrange phase in / phase out product line launch with seamless execution plan
- Work with training manager to arrange regular product training sessions not limit to new product launch but to refresh current product portfolio knowledge to our demonstrator & promoter teams as well as key customer’s front-line operation staff
- Design insight-driven topics / top in-town recipes and execute live streaming broadcast to engage with target audience
- Fully own brand event / roadshow / coffee demonstration execution and ensure seamless brand strategy execution throughout event
- Fully own seasonal range - stock forecast and sales channel planning alignment with assistance from Brand Manager
- Assist Sales team to develop new business proposal to potential business partners to increase our brand awareness

Job Profile

What we are looking for:   
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 2-5 years’ brand marketing work experience
- Passionate in coffee / consumer appliances category
- Social media strategy knowledge
- Strong team work believer
- Good influencing skill
- Be open-minded and creative to drive innovative ideas
- Strong numeric sense and good data analytical skill
- Be bold to drive pioneer ideas in market
- E-commerce operations (good-to-have)
- Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese
