Job Responsibilities

The role has to support the Regional Commercial Director in financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting by delivering financial insight to enable business decisions whilst ensuring that internal controls are respected at all times.

Principle Accountabilities / Main Responsibilities:
He/She will operate supporting the business and financial controlling activities of her/his Region by:
- Monitoring and coordinating the processes of monthly, quarterly and annual closing, budgeting and forecasting ;
- Providing complete analysis and insight of the commercial data finalized at the understanding of the business performances ;
- Providing the reporting package able to support the management in strategic decisions (new subsidiaries opening, launch new products, new markets entrance);
- Supporting the Regional Commercial Director in the definition of the action plans to deliver a sustainable growth (pricing and profitability);
- Ensuring the alignment between Financial Planning and Demand Planning;
- Implementing and managing specific projects in order to guarantee the continuous evolution of data analysis tools.

Job Profile

- Master Degree in Economics and Management, Finance & Control system, Management Engineering specific Business Economics qualifications.
- SAP experience, strong Excel skills and English fluent.
- Skills, capabilities, Competencies:
- At least 5/7 years of experience as Business Controller in multinational industrial companies with a strong controlling approach and the use of advanced IT tools.
- International approach, excellent communicative skill, team working are the skill required for this role.
