PROCESS ENGINEERING SPECIALIST (M/F/X)

Purpose:
Study, design, set up and implement all the processes workflow . Try to optimize the processes and working times, as well as the optimal conditions of use of the production lines and resources. Support other Company Plants to implement new solutions or new projects

Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
? Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods to assist production requirements
? Develop the investment plan for equipment, a preliminary mapping of the standard costs and shares the timing of advancement, development and production of Out Of Tools - First pre-series (OOT-PP)
? Set up the working times of the finished product production lines
? Analyze the work cycles of the various finished products (cycle times and operators)
? Design of work layouts and flow charts
? Insert the cycles in the SAP management system and keep them update
? Research improvement of the process/product, always having among the objectives the reduction of times and costs
? Analyze the root cause of problem, researching of new solutions
? Check the production FTQ daily, analyzing the trend of the data and highlighting any deviations or anomalies
? Advance purchase requests for the necessary equipment or collaborate with the tool shop (internal or external) for the design and construction of the equipment
? Collaborate with Purchasing Office regarding component, packaging.. costs
? Verify and take care of the assistance of equipment at subcontracting suppliers
? Collaborate with Technical Office/Quality in order to study and implement new solutions
? Collaborate for production budget definition
