QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPPORT - INTERNSHIP
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to join and assist our QA team in supporting, developing, and implementing the Integrated Management Systems, and ensuring the effective alignment of processes and procedures toward desired strategic outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- In-depth analysis of ISO certification used in the largest companies including 9001, 14001 e 22000
- Understanding of the business structure, key procedures and documents to make critical analyses of existing processes and implemented procedures, to identify strengths and potential areas for improvement
- Support the development and implementation of IMS processes and procedures
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the IMS, draft pertinent reports and identify areas for improvement
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Job Profile
The Ideal Candidate has the following requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Adobe (Reader, Acrobat, etc.) and able to use of computer peripherals (printer/scanner)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Certification ISO 9001/2015 - 14001/2015 - 22000/2018 equivalent (is a plus)
