ACCOUNTANT
Job Responsibilities
The job holder will be responsible for the following accounting operations:
Daily and month-end closing processes:
- Costing - Standard cost calculation and related issues
- Inventory adjustment and related journal entries (journal vouchers), if applicable
- Inputting freight cost Invoices
- Acting as a backup for vendor and customer creation
- Other accounting assignments as required
Monthly reporting:
- Balance Sheet schedules for prepayment and deposits as well as journal vouchers
- Alipay logistic fee monthly reports
- Management reporting
Yearly routines:
- Annual Budget - Standard Cost calculation and related issues
- Year-end stock-taking adjustments
- Year-end stocktake with the auditor
- Assisting in the forecast and budget process
Perform other accounting assignments as required.
Job Profile
What we are looking for:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in trading company
- Self-motivated, independent, and with strong sense of responsibility
- Good time management skills
- Detail-minded
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with less experience with be considered as Assistant Accountant
