De' Longhi Group Integrity Platform complies with the Whistleblowing legislation and respects the security standards and the best practices.
The De' Longhi Group promotes and believes fundamental values, in carrying out its activities, the principles contained in the Group's Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics requires that employees, managers and top management comply with all applicable laws and regulations and fulfill their duties with honesty and integrity.
In so far as the ethical values and principles become the reference point for the daily action of all employees and collaborators of the Group strengthening the foundation for the proper and healthy operation and development of the Company. This aids the achievement of ambitious and sustainable objectives over time, in the interests of stakeholders, staff and territories in which it is active and enhances the reputation of its products and, consequently, its name.
In this context and in compliance with the regulatory provisions, we have adopted a Whistleblowing tool: the De' Longhi Group Integrity Platform.
The Whistleblowing Reporting system is one of the most effective tools for identifying illegal conduct and employee reports play a decisive role.
De' Longhi Group Integrity Platform complies with the Whistleblowing legislation and respects the security standards (ISO 37001: 2016) and the best practices.
By using the De' Longhi Group Integrity Platform, employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers and any other third party that has a relationship with the Group can report, to protect the integrity of the Group itself, unlawful or non-compliant behaviors, with internal procedures, laws and regulations in force, Organizational Model 231, for the Italian Group companies that have adopted it, or the internal procedures adopted by the Group. The reports must be detailed and based on objective data rather than on suspicions or personal evaluations. The reports can also be done anonymously.
The Integrity Platform is managed by an independent third party company, EQS Group AG, to protect the identity of all those who use it. The Group, in fact, undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting party and to ensure that no retaliatory or discriminatory act, direct or indirect, is adopted against the person who in good faith has made reports.
A Whistleblowing Committee has been set up alongside this channel, which is responsible for carefully evaluating each report, carrying out specific investigations of cases, where necessary, and adopting coherent and appropriate measures.
