The importance of DEI
At De’ Longhi Group, we believe that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is key to fostering innovation, engagement, and long-term success. Our DEI journey is rooted in both our business strategy and the insights gathered from our Global Engagement Survey, where our people have highlighted the importance of an inclusive and equitable work environment.
By embracing diversity, we cultivate a passionate and engaged workforce, empower our leaders, foster stronger bonds with our local communities, build greater transparency with our shareholders and connect more deeply with our customers. We believe that DEI is essential to our company's growth, ensuring that every individual can contribute with their unique perspective to create a vibrant and inclusive future for all.
