JUNIOR LEGAL AFFAIRS SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities

The Junior Legal Affairs Specialist will be responsible for the review, drafting and negotiation of the corporate contracts of the De'Longhi Group, with particular reference to those of the ICT, and for the consultancy to all company functions, providing support to colleagues in the Legal Office and managing the relationships with external consultants.

The Junior Legal Affairs Specialist will collaborate in the activities of the Legal Affairs Manager's areas of compliance expertise, following any updates to the sector regulations concerning the company business on Consumer Law and Competition Law

Main Responsibilities:

Drafting & reviewing the main business contracts of De’Longhi Group, including:
- ICT contracts
- Intellectual property contracts (licensing, research and development, etc.)
- Procurement and sales contracts
- Rental contracts, rent, etc.
- Services and logistics contracts, etc.

Job Profile

Qualifications, knowledge:

- Master's Degree in Law (excellent knowledge of the principles of commercial law)
- At least 3 years of experience in leading companies active in the ICT and digital sector, or in leading law firms that follow ICT contractual issues on behalf of companies active in Italy and abroad.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written/spoken)
- Experience gained in the field of ICT contracts, knowledge of digital issues (including IoT topics) and possession of specific digital skills, mastery of a second language will be considered a preferential qualification.
