Job Responsibilities

Principle Accountabilities:
The Order Management Specialist, being a Sap Key User, ensures and is responsible for registering and following up until finalization all customer orders; performs all tasks in accordance with customer requirements and De’Longhi Operational standards. Optimizes the lead time between customer’s orders and deliveries, informing customers and tracking status of open orders as well as open items from past orders.
He or she will report directly to the Country Sales Manager and will coordinate with many other departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain an excellent connection with the local customers in regards of all logistics topics; receive, register, and follow up all customer orders, booking delivery slots and confirming deliveries;
- Coordinate with Corporate Supply Chain orders, stock management and deliveries;
- Handle the communication with customers's accounting departments in order to check payments and credit notes;
- Check customer credit lines and bonus invoices for clients/claims;
- Keep System continuously updated, i.e.: customer price list, Product phase-in and phase-out;

Job Profile

Skills, Capabilities, Competencies:
- Proven experience in SAP or equivalent as well with Office Package of at least 2 years;
- Proficient in English;
- Analytical and excellent communication skills;
