PLM & CAD MANAGER (M/F/X)

The PLM & CAD Manager will be part of the e-Services organization, a De’Longhi Group Company that offers 360° IT Services to De’Longhi Group and to third party customers.
In the Application team, reporting to the Application Director, he/she will have the responsibility to manage CAD/PLM software and all other technical software that R&D departments need for the development of products.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the CAD/PLM environment, ensuring best practice deployment and configuration to meet the business requirements of our customers
- Develop practices and processes aligned to enhance the performance and efficiency of the Engineering System tools
- Responsible for implementing and supporting the internal tools and systems environment that supports a forward-thinking product development using PLM and other software tools for CAD data and engineering documentation management
- Support the key users to perform validation testing of the systems and the developed features
- Support the key-users to analyze and formulate needs, develop design specifications with high-level data and process models
- Prepares requirements and provides technical expertise in evaluating, integrating and deploying CAD/PLM system solutions
- Manage system upgrades and coordinates training programs and responsible for the development of technical documentation relative to new engineering systems and tools
- Develop macros, automations and customizations to speed up repetitive tasks or enable automations

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 2 or 3 years of professional experience in CAD/PLM software management
