Job Responsibilities

PLM/CAD and SAP PP Support will be part of the e-Services organization, a De’Longhi Group Company that offers 360° IT Services to the De’Longhi Group and to third party clients.
In the Application team, reporting to the AMS Manager, he/she will have a responsibility in the AMS field (Assistance Maintenance Service).

Main Responsibilities:
- AMS activity;
- Support the design engineering team in their daily CAD/PLM activities;
- Providing support for SAP PP Module, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA;
- Provide assistance in operations, procedures and methodologies;
- Develop macros, automations and customizations to speed up repetitive tasks or enable automations;
- Debug and report user-related problems and identify possible workarounds;
- Client Assistance for action requests;
- Understanding the functional and technical analysis through the documents drawn up by Analysts and Developers;
- Identification between the "SAP note" of the correct solutions and set up for the standard SAP;
- Solution Unit test;
- SLA Compliance;
- Understanding of source code and debug activities;
- Programming activities;
- Fulfillment of the technical documents;
- Program unit test;
- Monitor and track support request in a service desk application.

Job Profile

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 2 or 3 years of professional experience in CAD/PLM implementation projects
- At least 2 or 3 years of professional experience in SAP-PP implementation projects

- Background in engineering product data management with Teamcenter, SAP PLM or similar, preferably in connection with CAD systems like Siemens NX or similar
- Experienced SAP PP module configuration skills;
- Understanding of CAD data configuration
- Knowledge of CAD/PLM techniques and technologies
- Understanding of SAP ABAP language;
