Job Responsibilities

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Full responsibility for the P&L of the given Category
2. Creation and execution of Go to Market Model:
- Pricing, positioning, channel management
- Product Launches from A-Z
- Coordination of retail activities on given portfolio
3. Creating and implementation of product marketing strategies:
- Full Management of ATL Budget in Balkans including Digital Channels
- Building Awareness of De’Longhi Group Brands
- Knowing the target consumer
- Performing in-depth data analysis of: Market Data (GFK), Sales Data, 12 months rolling forecast
- Coordination of marketing materials usage in Balkans: Web Pages, In-Store Presence

Job Profile

- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Brand Manager (min 5 years)
- Experience from FMCG is a plus
- Very good commercial understanding of Retail Environment
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Experience in market / GFK analysis
- Good commercial and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, active and accurate behavior, self-conscious and critical minded
- Creative and enthusiastic mindset; Flexible, openminded
- Ability to work independently and results-orientated, yet a good team player
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- BSc in Marketing, Communications or similar field
- Fluent in English and Serbo-Croatian (Must). Slovenian will be a plus.
