RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities

Principle Accountabilities:
We are looking for a Recruiter with a strong background for Blue Collar personnel on the operational area: Production (Assembly and Plastic Injection), a passion for people, ambition to achieve goals, self-improvement and personal development, integrity.
Courage to come up with new ideas and proposals of creative solutions in solving problems, ability to work in a team and interact with different personality types (high level of EQ), and also the willing to take further the company values by own example.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conducts the recruitment processes end to end for Blue Collar positions;
- Schedules interviews with the selected candidates and respecting the deadlines set;
- Interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions for Blue Collar staff;
- Collaborates with the hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs;
- Participates and represents the company at job fairs, events, etc., and offers support in planning and organizing Employer branding activities (communication activities, events, etc.);
- Ensures that the new team members are well-informed and prepared to start their activity;
- Maintains and updates job descriptions and other specific documents for the Blue Collar employee category;
- Being in charge of the on boarding and the induction process of the Blue Collar employee;

Job Profile

Skills, Capabilities, Competencies:
- University degree (preferably Human Sciences, Communications);
- Experience in recruitment of Blue Collars;
- Excellent PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.;
- Knowledge of tools used in the recruitment processes;
- Intermediate English level and Hungarian is a plus;
- Personal attributes: highly organized, strong communication skills, drive for results, customer focus, analytical thinking, pro-active attitude, team player.
