Job Responsibilities

As our Senior Marketing Specialist, you will put into action the growth strategy of our brands.
You must be a goal-oriented person who is comfortable in implementing, coordinating and supervising offline & online campaigns for the assigned brands.
In this position, you will be part of the marketing department and be responsible for driving end-to-end brand projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Perform thorough analysis of market data (including market shares, trends, and consumer behavior) as well as sales data.
- Conduct product documentation to ensure comprehensive understanding of the brand's products (product content for both offline and online, training plans).
- Develop impactful launch and promo plans for specific products.
- Execute in-store campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving increased sales and fostering market share growth.
- Implement, coordinate and control of the digital marketing plan (social media, e-commerce, paid media campaigns).
- Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand and product ambassador for the stakeholders.
- Define project directions and specifications for external agencies in their day-to-day activities. Control and supervise the activity of agencies.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to deliver the activity calendar, handling day-to-day financials of own projects.

Job Profile

We look for:
- Relevant experience in Brand Management within Domestic appliances or FMCG industries with proven business and retail understanding.
- Project management experience: proven track record of effectively managing projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Proven experience with various digital communication platforms (social media channels, e-commerce).
- English knowledge is essential, both written and spoken fluently.
