SENIOR TRADE MARKETING AND MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities
Purpose: To ensure to provide a best shopping experience at selling points
Principle Accountabilities: Overall responsibility for POS & brand visibility management
Main Responsibilities:
POS management
- Support all 3 brands for POP / demonstration material development
- Align with manager on POS element guideline for production arrangement
- Brief production house to deliver quality POP / demonstration materials
- Work closely with marketing team for implementation of retail shops visual merchandise display, POP display
- Arrange POP delivery to promoter team / store to deliver timely execution
Merchandising management
- Build a good relationship with store manager / supervisor to ensure perfect execution and improve our brand visibility in stores
- Negotiate the best visibility locations for our products directly with store manager / supervisor
- Daily stores visit to maintain high standard of our brand and product presentation per merchandising guideline
- Observe consumer profile, store traffic and pattern to propose the best location for our brand merchandising
- Check listing status for our products, category and competitor on every store visit
- Identify and propose listing opportunity to sales team
- Discuss with promoter team on improvement of merchandising plan
Administration management
- Prepare all demonstration materials for brand events
- Road Show / event set up and on-duty
- Support events for key accounts and major dealers
- Support the execution of brand engagement events in various scales and formats
Job Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strong team work spirit
- High standard of merchandising requirement
- Strong executor
- Passionate and be open-minded
- 3-5 years of shop / front-line working experiences
- Solid experience in managing vendors from production sites
- Good spoken & written English & Chinese
Desirable:
- Solid frontline sales or retail experience
