Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Specialist to enhance the potential of our team.
The candidate will actively participate in Talent Attraction and Employer Branding activities, in order to ensure a proper flow of search and selection activities and make the Group's awareness more and more important.

Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs;
- Coordinate searching activities in line with business demand: support and advise managers throughout the recruiting process, design advertising strategy/adverts and manage the relationship with candidates;
- Manage the recruitment process from the identification of requirements, CVs screening, interviews, to the candidate’s final selection;
- Provide accurate recruitment advice to line managers based on internal policies, employment legislation and local practice agreements;
- Build partnerships and collaborate with HRBPs in order to develop appropriate talent acquisition and development strategies;
- Maximize the use of professional social networks in order to scout the best candidates and build the social brand image.

Job Profile

- University degree (Master’s degree in HR is a plus);
- Previous working experience in head hunting international companies or in a multinational company;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent Italian and English.
