The Position
We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with a strong passion for the e-commerce world to join our team. This person will be a key point of reference for the operational management of orders and for ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
The selected individual will provide support in the following activities:
- Order Flow Management: Monitoring and managing information related to orders from our e-commerce site and marketplace platforms.
- Customer Support: Providing customers with accurate and timely information regarding order status, product availability, and delivery times.
- Availability Management: Supporting the release of stock from the warehouse, ensuring correct alignment between physical and online availability.
- Invoicing and Documentation: Sending invoices and other administrative documentation to customers and managing related requests.
- Brand Reputation: Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on all platforms, turning feedback into an opportunity for improvement and loyalty.
- Operational Support: Actively collaborating with logistics, marketing, and administration teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Job Profile
Essential Requirements
- Diploma or Degree (ongoing or completed) in economics, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy, proactivity, and excellent organizational skills.
- Good proficiency with main IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers).
- Excellent command of the Italian language and good of English language, both written and spoken.
What We Consider a Plus
- Previous experience, even brief, in customer service, commercial back-office, or e-commerce roles.
- Knowledge of how major marketplaces function.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
