BRAND MANAGER KENWOOD & NUTRIBULLET

Job Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team in Spain, focusing on two of our key brands: Nutribullet and Kenwood.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the product life cycle and brand strategy for these two iconic brands within the Spanish market. Reporting and working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

MAIN TASKS
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing plans and strategies for Nutribullet and Kenwood in Spain.
- Generate consumer and customer insights to support divisional/brand propositions drawing launch & in-life consumer campaigns.
- Identify and initiate strategic brand partnerships to expand market reach and brand visibility.
- Initiate and develop brand and product-related communication, ensuring consistency with global brand positioning and guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets and channels.
- Track and analyze category and product performance, leveraging data from sources like GfK to derive actionable recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth product benchmarking and testing to assess market competition.
- Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
- Interface with the Sales/Commercial department to align on all customer-facing communication topics.
- Steers the NPI Process / perfect launch.
- Responsible for the BTL Budget and budget adherence.
- Coordination with the other Marketing team members, the ATL team (media plan, influencers, content & PR) and Trade Marketing team to ensure alignment and brand objectives
- Support the Marketing Manager in product and experience development

Job Profile

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Business Management, Marketing, MBA.
- Proficiency in Spanish (spoken & written)
- Fluent in English is required (spoken & written)

EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a similar position (2 years) as brand manager, preferably within the consumer goods or small domestic appliances industry.
