FINANCE INTERN

Job Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive student eager to learn to join our team in Barcelona as a Finance Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, supporting the Finance Department in various key tasks. As a Finance Trainee, you'll support the Finance Department with the following tasks:
• Collections Management: Support in managing collections with major clients.
• Accounting and Invoice Control: Accounting, review, control, and claiming of invoices.
• Credit Note and Debit Note Management: Management and offsetting of credit notes and debit notes, using the SAP platform.
• Premium Charge Analysis: Review of annual agreement templates and agreed one-off contributions with clients for premium charge analysis.
• Credit Note Classification: Organization and categorization of credit notes based on their nature and characteristics.
• Organization and Digitalization: Maintenance and digitalization of the department's archive.
• Administrative Tasks and Data Analysis: Performing other administrative tasks and assisting with financial data analysis.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Building relationships and providing support to different departments, as well as assistance with various internal projects.

Period:
Minimum of 6 months.

Schedule:
Between 20 and 35 hours per week.

Job Profile

Education:
Currently pursuing a University Degree/Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:
No prior professional experience is required. Internships or academic projects related to finance or accounting will be valued.
